One-Year Limited Warranty for Mon Chateau Textile Products and Anti-fatigue Mats

Mon Chateau guarantees to the original purchaser that this product is free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Coverage:
During the Warranty Period, should this product fail to conform to Mon Chateau's standards under normal usage, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product. If the exact same product is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal value.
This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, modifications, alterations, incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care; or use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear or as a result of the product being mishandled, improperly maintained, or used contrary to instructions provided with the product.

How to Obtain Service:
To receive warranty service, please reach out to Mon Chateau by emailing info@monchateau.us. We will work with you to identify the issue and find the best solution. You will need to provide proof of purchase to proceed with the service. If necessary, you may be requested to return the defective product to Mon Chateau using a pre-paid label that we will provide.
